Hello!
I'm a College student who is working on making good choices for health reasons.
My name is Joy, and I'm 21 years old.
An older Sophomore at the moment, I'm busy learning how to make any meal as healthy as possible.
If I could, I'd be doing everything 100% natural, but this is the real world so I'm doing what I can.
I'm trying to follow the Trim Healthy Mama life style, and I eat chocolate when ever I can!
